Shipping and Returns Policy


Most orders are shipped via DHL express within 3 business days of your order (with the exception of any national holidays for the country of Kuwait). Please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.  To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number of which you can check up on the status of your order or you may  email us at sales@covermyvitiligo.com.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns:

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it based on the date of postage. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the condition in which you have received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and if you are entitled to a refund and the amount of the refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Shipping:

You will responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
